Airplanes and airports were Jose’s favorite things as a kid, so he knew early on that he wanted to be a pilot. After college and five years of work, Jose decided to change careers and combine his aviation passion with his global supply chain background.
As an instructor, Jose enjoys helping students build Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM) skills for training, future careers, and flight goals. His mission is to help them fly safely and confidently, whether alone or with loved ones, in real-world situations.
Jose grew up playing tennis and keeps rackets in the trunk of his car, so on nice days you’ll often find him hitting a nearby court or wall. When he is not flying or playing tennis, Jose spends his time with friends, family, and his dog.
