All credit card charges will incur a 3.5% service charge
Account deposit of $5,000 or more (cash/check/ACH/Zelle) accrues a 3% credit if balance does not fall below zero.
Appointments canceled less than 72 hours ahead of time may be charged up to a $500 cancellation fee
Bose headsets are available for rental at $50/day
Renters insurance is required for all solo flights
Pilots are responsible for providing oxygen masks and pulse oximeters for all aircraft occupants when required during rental flights
Pilots may be responsible for any aircraft damage not documented/reported during their pre- and post-flight inspections
Two-hour daily minimum charge for all rentals away from any P6 base
*Consumables: Fuel surcharge will apply when local 100LL fuel rates exceed $7/gal
